GROWTH /GROUPS est. mmxxvi
A private, one-year cohort of twelve founders, operators, and artists who refuse to plateau — meeting weekly, on the record, in service of an absolute standard.
The reason your peers are not making you better is that you do not have any. Fixable.
The open internet promised to connect us to our peers. It connected us to an audience. The two are not the same. Growth Groups is a wager that the structure the internet quietly forgot — a small, long-running, private cohort — is still the most useful structure for serious builders.
Twelve. The largest group in which every person can know every other person's work, every promise made and kept or missed. Above twelve, you are running a community. Twelve and below — a company of peers.
Format. Weekly. One fixed hour. Roll & Receipts → The Stuck Hour → The Standard → The Promise. No faculty. No platform. The standard is honest.
Composition. Four founders shipping their own products with their own money. Four operators carrying P&L responsibility. Four artists running a serious paid practice. Equal parts.
Selection. The founder reads every petition personally. Read the full transmission →
Stage I opens June 2026. File your petition.
A petition is not an application. It is a brief, written declaration that you intend to ship something serious in the next twelve months and want twelve serious people to hold you to it.
The Manifesto
